People trained by BTLi can register as Gateway Review Team Members and Review Team Leaders in all jurisdictions that use the OGC Gateway™ review process.
The OGC Gateway™ review process is used extensively across all Australian state governments and the national governments of both Australia and New Zealand to assist major infrastructure and ICT projects deliver their intended benefits.
It uses a coaching/mentoring approach to provide a level of assurance to Project Executives and Senior Responsible Officials that their projects and programs can move forward successfully to the next stage.
Our workshops are led by Nigel Tanner, one of Australia and New Zealand’s more experienced Gateway Review Team Leaders. He has been the principal provider of OGC Gateway™ training for Review Team Members and Review Team Leaders across Australia and New Zealand since the initial implementation in Australia in 2003.
